01Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Settings page — no calls, no emails. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, then seamlessly downgrade to Free.
02Is this financial advice?
No. PolyCopySim is a simulation tool. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Always do your own research before trading.
03How accurate is the simulation?
We use minute-level (or tick-level on Pro) price data from Polymarket. Real trading involves additional factors like order book depth and market impact that we don't fully model.
04Can I copy trades automatically?
No. PolyCopySim is simulation-only. We never execute trades on your behalf. It's a research tool to evaluate copy targets.
05What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards. All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record).
