1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PolyCopSim ("the Service"), operated by PolyCopSim ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PolyCopSim is a simulation and research tool that lets users backtest copy-trading strategies on Polymarket. The Service does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide financial advice. All results are simulations based on historical data and should not be relied upon as predictions of future performance.
3. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Past performance shown in simulations does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor before making any investment.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Free and Pro Plans
The Free plan provides limited access to the Service. The Pro plan provides extended features as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features, pricing, and limits at any time with reasonable notice. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record).
6. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles VAT, taxes, and invoicing. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Creator Program
Approved creators may earn commissions on referred Pro subscriptions. Commission rates and terms are subject to change. We reserve the right to terminate creator partnerships for any reason. Commissions are paid through Lemon Squeezy's affiliate system.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; (c) share account credentials with third parties; (d) use automated tools to access the Service beyond the provided API; (e) misrepresent simulation results as guaranteed returns.
9. Data Accuracy
We source data from Polymarket's public APIs. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data or simulation results. Market data may have gaps, delays, or errors that affect simulation accuracy.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property. Simulation results generated by users belong to those users. You may share your simulation results freely.
11. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PolyCopSim and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
13. No Affiliation
PolyCopSim is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket. Polymarket is a trademark of its respective owner.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account.
