Privacy Policy

PolyCopSim ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Account data: Email address and name (from OAuth provider or manual entry). We do not store passwords — authentication is handled via Google OAuth or magic link email.

Usage data: Backtest parameters you submit (wallet addresses, time ranges, delay settings), simulation results, and basic usage metrics (number of runs, timestamps).

Payment data: Payment information is collected and processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). We do not store credit card numbers, billing addresses, or other payment details on our servers. We only store your subscription status (Free or Pro) and Lemon Squeezy customer ID.

Waitlist data: If you join the waitlist, we store your email address.

Technical data: Standard server logs may include IP addresses, browser type, and timestamps. We do not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or cross-site trackers.

We use your data to: (a) provide and operate the Service; (b) enforce plan limits and quotas; (c) communicate with you about your account and the Service; (d) improve the Service based on aggregate usage patterns. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Wallet addresses you submit for simulation are public blockchain data. We store them only as part of your backtest history. We do not associate wallet addresses with real-world identities beyond your own account.

We use essential cookies only: (a) session authentication cookie (required to keep you logged in); (b) referral tracking cookie (60-day, used for creator program attribution). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.

Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing (Merchant of Record). Subject to Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy.

Google OAuth: Authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Vercel: Hosting. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.

Polymarket APIs: We fetch publicly available market data and trade data from Polymarket's APIs to run simulations. No personal data is sent to Polymarket.

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Backtest results are retained for the duration specified by your plan (7 days for Free, extended for Pro). You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your simulation results (CSV export). To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication (OAuth 2.0), and database encryption at rest. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

The Service is hosted in the United States (via Vercel). If you are accessing the Service from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US.

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
